Hey Ben! So as I understand it, MQ is your intellectual ability as measured when you’re motivated vs when you’re unmotivated. But there’s a lot of sticky stuff in between like who you are etc.

Is there a good way that people have quantified MQ? Are there any recommendations on how to increase motivation and MQ with our own teams?
